We strictly provide the raw, historic medieval fortress and surrounding nature. We do not impose planners, designers, or caterers. Instead, we grant absolute structural autonomy while facilitating connections with the finest local Basque craftsmen.

You receive full, unrestricted key access to the tower, gardens, and courtyards. Arrange your layout, set your schedule, and execute your vision entirely without operational interference.

Direct Network Facilitation
We do not take commissions or packages. We simply facilitate direct contact to our trusted network of Michelin-recommended Basque caterers, transport, and custom scenic designers.

Optionally extend your venue lease to include overnight stays inside the masterfully restored tower suites. Rest amidst historic stone masonry combined with modern minimalist comfort.
OPERATIONAL LOGIC
How We Facilitate Your Project
Torre Zabaleta stands as a monument to minimalist structural preservation. We believe an event is an architectural layer placed upon history.
By leasing the pure space, you bypass conventional venue upcharges, mandatory suppliers, and restrictive packages. Our role is strictly to steward this monumental physical asset and ensure your selected suppliers have the technical specifications they require to succeed.
What is included in the base space rental?
The base rental grants absolute, exclusive access to the main stone keep, defensive ramparts, formal outer gardens, and the modern technical support wing. Basic utilities (power, water, heating) and structural security are completely included.
How does the contact facilitation work?
Upon booking validation, we provide our blueprint dossiers and an uncommissioned, private directory of local Basque suppliers. You sign agreements directly with them. We take zero cuts, ensuring you receive authentic local pricing and full conceptual control.
Can we book the tower for lodging only?
Overnight stays inside the restored historic keep suites are prioritised for venue renters. However, during select off-peak architectural seasons, the entire tower tower may be leased strictly for private residencies and architectural retreats.
